Fresh Beginnings

I have decided that this ending of a year will be the beginning of fresh beginnings. I know that trying to change too many things at once isn't a good idea. So, the last few days of this year and the whole month of January is going to be my minimalizing beginning. 

The goal is to go from this messy lifestyle to the more organized one. I am hoping that as I return to my healthy ways and begin to love myself again I will be able to change from the messy to the minimal lifestyle.

Here are some of my goals for cleaning up in January. 
  1. Quit smoking completely, not just "once in a while having a smoke". 
  2. Return to eating healthy and only putting good things into my body.
  3. Get on a workout routine, the energy helps me through the whole day. 
  4. Remove, Recycle, or Trash those unused but "loved" items. 
  5. Return to work, have family meals
  6. Spend more time with the family. 
I think that if I can bring myself back to who I was three months ago. I can become happier and healthier. Plus, able to give that back to family and friends.
