So tonight was an adventure for me. I made pasta dough with spinich tonight. So I have to let you know that I started the adventure making the pasta with the Kitchen Aid (that I got for x-mas). The dough was to thick (not enough water), so I added water to it. It worked the dough cam eout, however then the dough was runny and didn't want to be seperated. In fact, one of the boys asked if I was making green poop for dinner. It was funny.... finally I hand rolled the dough and pushed it through my old pasta cutter. It's one of those that you crank and attach to the table. I still thought it was neat to have the idea of making pasta for dinner... just before dinner. Tonight was such an experiment for me!


So my final dinner turned into ricotta alfredo sauce with mushrooms using spinich pasta.
