I am amazed at how time flies. I'm here noticing that I have tons of holiday items to create. I know that it's better to not go out and buy things for the holidays, it promotes the family a little more. Making something places a little more meaning on the things given and the things received. I am not sure what to make them, and at the same time I don't seem to have the time to make anything. I wonder why bother making something when I can buy something far better than anything I can make. It would take less effort and certainly FAR less time.

To work on the kids items, I have to leave the house a little bit EVERY week so that I can make sure that things get done. Buying presents just means working in the evenings so that there's the money at the end of the month to cover the extra gifts expense.

The advice of my friends is important to me. I'm deciding on if working on the kids presents is important or buying the kids presents is better is my question of the day. I'm wondering what you think.
