A Desire Come True

My mother's day was one to never forget. Mike made me an original poem, one that made me -cry and was beautiful.... I will post it later (promise).

Then all my motherhood I knew I wanted a mother's ring. You know the ring that has the birthstones of all my kids. Or, I wanted a mother's necklace, something that was unique to me and my family. It's the one present I have been hinting at for 11 years. The running mom and dad joke is that I could have one when my family was finished.

With the birth of Kate and the inability to have any more children, I got the greatest gift. It's a necklace and charm. It's a picture of two boys and girl, with their names engraved in the charm. I have neve rhad so many tears over one present giving morning, however this mother's day brought lots of smiles and tears..... pictures to come!
